What about a “Saturday girl/boy “ to help with stickers, packaging etc so you can just concentrate on baking, also as a few people have said what about putting labels on the bags earlier in the week ?

Hey you do so amazing! I’ve been trying to think of ways you could save time in order to do things like get more bread done (as you mentioned in your video). Does the packaging take a long time? I’m wondering if you could maybe do things like the stickers on the packaging earlier in the week? Maybe instead of the ribbons, maybe a nice elastic? I don’t know if any of that would help at all, i will keep thinking

Have you thought about making a bake at home kit? I don't know if its possible to make a par baked loaf that people can pop in the oven themselves? I love watching your videos BTW.

Definitely stay at home doing it , but maybe have a re organise at home clear some spaces move stuff around to help you , can you pre label beginning of the week ? How about open two days so what’s left can stay for the next day ?

Couldn’t you monitor via an excel document what you sell in 3 months to figure out a ballpark of how much you sell of what? If you kept an inventory of how much someone buys of what, I think you’d be able to predict
