I only use lyllana patch and set to start testosterone this week I’ve done the gel it makes me itchy and so do the mylan patches so I can only use the lyllana

I just got my blood work back for my testosterone. Total testosterone is 14 and free is 1.8. Seems kinda low to me even though lab shows in range 😑

I’m having the SAME issue with the estradiol patch…was trying the .075 Mylan pink box & it was too intense! Changed to Dotti .075 & wondering if I need to try the .05 instead. I thought it was just me! These patches absorb SO fast for me and are not stable.

Bloating can be related to gut health 😉 and microbiome that changes in menopause. Don’t rule out GERD either which also can be a cause in menopause. Bloating isn’t usually related to estrogen

Does your provider offer testosterone injections? My provider does not and I have heard that the injections are more effective for some. It seems I am not absorbing the cream.

My testosterone is at 0.4 and I feel like SHIT. I’m 38… going back to my naturopath because I am ready to start taking the test but I am terrified. But I sure hope it will help me cuz I’m a zombie with 0 sex drive 😩
