Guessing the wattage which I know that the fan is typically about 50 W or in that area. That lamp looks like an LED lamp probably 5 to 10 W and then iPad is normally less than 40 W so adding that up it works out to about 100 W and a 340 watt hour battery would run those devices for around 3 1/2 hours. A lot of people that buy these batteries use a CPAP. And this little battery right here is enough for you to run your CPAP for almost 8 hours. When these things first came out, I bought three so that I can have three days of sleep with with the power out. Since then I have upgraded to a 1000 and a 2000. The 2000 is enough to run my refrigerator for a little more than a day and a half and it’s already saved me hundreds of dollars from the refrigerator not thawing out. And also, you can buy a solar panel to charge these little batteries and with the sun directly hitting the panel for 45 hours. It will get your battery back up a good amount. You can also recharge these using a generator or you could actually do it with your car just plug-in the car adapter and it will charge it.

this only goes up to 500 W so you cannot use it for most appliances. it's great for emergencies where you need to charge things though
