As a child for divorce do you guys have any legal mandates in places? If you are doing all the work and have more time then you need child support. If I had to leave one house earlier than mandated then the other person would have to pay more or the other parent would get an extra free day. If he is trying to chip away at your free time you can say no. You are allowed to say no if it protects your mental health.

If you’re phone is unlocked you can take your phone to t mobile or AT&T. I know they have a unlimited plans for $40 a month that’s what me and my husband do. It’s only $80 and some cents. And we both have iPhone 15

I'm sorry you and your kiddos are going through this. I personally would look into completely stopping your service and go somewhere else to get a phone for just you. I personally have straight talk. I don't have an iPhone but it does a really good job for 45.

I have mint mobile! Love ittt! You prepay for 3 months at a time (or more if you’d like) I pay like $145ish for 3 months of unlimited data & they have sign up promos (first 3 months is $90 for unlimited, $45 for 5gb etc)!

If you're the main account holder you can have his line deactivated/removed. Just tell him in writing he has 30 days to change to his own phone plan or it will be deactivated or depending on your carrier they may notify him for you
