Im 48 woke up to take a leak around midnight, then i thought let me beat this one part i left off on. 5hrs later its 5:34am. I havent played all night in YEARS. The reason it makes you feel like a kid again in the sense of wonder Crimson Desert gives out. So many things to do and explore

Since it seems nobody can describe the game accurately, if you're expecting RDR2 this is not it. if you're expecting Skyrim this is not it. if you loced Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom. This game is for you. Story is a means to get you to point A to B but the magic of the game starts showing when you go off the main path and start exploring and finding cool things all over the place. If you play it like any game where you just focus on the main quest you will hate this game. And funnily enough that's the same thing that happened with botw and totk with people who just stuck to the main story and nothing else.
