Im on the opposite end. I dont sweat on my arms and legs at all. The skin is just dry and cracked and flaky all the time and i overheat easily because of the lack of sweat

I sweat alot when just walking but hyperhidrosis biggest sign is you still sweat even tho in a cold room which I don't,and I sweat alot because I'm used of staying in mu room with AC,I basically don't do outdoor activities
