@denisehamdan: dumbbell only lower body workout for a good burnnnn ⭐️⭐️ (also very beginner friendly) was running on like 4 hrs of sleep so i kept it lighter and was struggling to walk after this one ngl 😛✌️ the workout: - bulgarian split squats (3x10) - hip thrust circuit (4x10) - goblet squats (3x10) - sumo squats (3x10) cardio: stairmaster level 12 for 1 minute right into level 12 for 1 minute, repeat 7 times or 14-15 minutes total core: - plank pull through (30 seconds) - weighted bicycle kicks (30 seconds) - plank reach through (60 seconds per side) repeat everything x2 save and try on your next lower body day #lowerbodyworkout #legday #fitnessmotivation #workouttips #workoutroutine
