i saw someone feed the excess part of the shirt through a bangle then tie a hair tie over it!! might be better i'm sure there's a tiktok explaining it so you have a visual ref <3

Get a hoop bangle or earring and pull the shirt through it on your back and tie shirt on the inside to get the look without the awkward bunching and not visible:)

I usually just tuck my shirt up in to my bra and the pull it down a little bit in the back so it doesn’t look like it’s up in my bra it’s just like there idk how to explain it. Like reverse tucking it in to your pants
