@jennaxhealth: I promise in the moment it seemed fun and different but looking back at it now I’m like this is just the same thing… 😅 nonetheless it worked so a win is a win #greenscreen #foodallergylife #mcas #mastcellactivationsyndrome #dietaryrestrictions
I’ve seen people make chicken chips, they blended it and got a better texture I’m sure that would work with turkey?

Hey! I was in your comments a while back chatting about making a chia seed brittle using the foods you can eat. I just recipe tested it and I think it’s pretty good

Megan Markle’s zucchini mush! You just need zucchini, salt, and water! Slow cook until it becomes like a spaghetti sauce!

I was thinking that at least you could season the stuff differently to keep it interesting but then realized you can't 😅😅

I do this, too! I also like to switch up how I eat it: hands, chopsticks, silverware, wrap, etc.. Introducing new stimulation with the same ol food w/ different mode of transport from dish to mouth helps me! 💚

I know I rely on these chia seeds a lot from my advice, but consider turning the chia seeds into a gel, mixing with seaweed and then drying out into a thin chip and air frying to get it crispy. basically a cracker

can you have turkey skin/fat or just the turkey meat? I was thinking you could make turkey crisps using the fat by frying till crispy? also another idea.. could try turkey "kebab" meat, freeze a turkey breast then use a apple peeler to slice it very thinly and then air fry/pan fry until cooked

Have you tried making zucchini patties? I'm thinking you could shred the zukes, salt them, press the excess water out, then use rehydrated ground chia seeds as a binder to form little patties and fry them in some oil. Basically zucchini latkes

Sorry, have you ever tried making zucchini crisps? Like slicing them very thin and frying them? It sounds like it could taste good

If you can get turkey with the skin on, air fry just the skin with some salt. It can basically be a better version of the crispy turkey you made.

Recipe idea make the turkey chips with the Nija creami spread that tasted like mashed avocado, then you have basically chips and guacamole. You could even make your own version of nachos and use shredded zucchini as the cheese and turkey for toppings
