@thepeachiespoon: 😮💨🔥Short, effective, full body. 1 set dumbbells. That’s it. Done in 20-30 minutes. I do this type of workout 2–3x a week ✅✅ bc yall know I really just want long walks and yoga but make myself do weights to love on my aging body. Since y’all are loving the full body I posted on spring break and asking for more..here you go! Reminder not every workout is going to feel amazing at first when you’re not “in the mood”. Although I always feel amazing after it’s over. 😅🥳 Save this for your next quick workout and show up for yourself for basic longevity selfcare👇🏼 ⏱ 40 sec on / 20 sec rest (if you don’t like timers, it’s about 10-12 reps or 40 sec) 🏋🏼♀️ Challenging weight (I used 20 lbs) 🔁 2 rounds bc I get tired of the same moves over and over (yes… it’s built in cardio too❤️) 1. RDL hinge to front squat to elbow knee tap (go slow) 2. Reverse alternating lunge (elbows in, tighten core) 3. Low plank hold (knee tap if you hate being still like me🤪) 4. Alternating Arnold shoulder press (core tight) 5. Sumo hinge (shoulder back & and keep weight across whole foot, not just heel) 6. Alternating chest press 7. Dead bugs (push hand into thigh & thigh into hand, make sure low back is pressed into ground) 8. Single leg dead lift (alternate legs every 5 reps) such good balance mixed in too😅 9. Alternating row 10. Plank pike ankle touches (option to add a push up) You don’t need hours. You just need to start. rinse. repeat xx, Meredith🧡🍑
