Too much of antidepressants gives me Anhedonia. It's awful.

I completely recovered from #1. I can’t even imagine being in that place anymore. Recovery does happen, though I fully credit it to the adequate treatment of my other mental illnesses. I don’t think it occurs in isolation in a lot of cases.

MDD. I measure my level based on how hard it is to brush my teeth in the morning. I can't tell you how many days I've spent crying while I do it. other days I'm angry doing it. walking has been such a huge help. I throw in headphones and blast music while I count my steps. gives my mind a break

I’m in recovery from ana. It’s literally no joke it’s an everyday battle to not to relapse. I’m in intensive therapy twice a week and wouldn’t be able to recover if it wasn’t for my treating team

I’ve been in Ana recovery since 2018 and even now I have to remind myself that three meals and three snacks a day isn’t excessive, it’s basic necessity. It’s tough but luckily my partner is super supportive

I’m in full remission for MDD. Five years ago I was diagnosed with it and in a severe stage. I did weekly appointments with a psychologist who I developed a good, professional relationship with. That is a huge part of success in CBT. I also take meds. The meds were the first thing that helped take the edge off enough that I could even process the CBT. I also did exposure therapy for the PTSD I had. I maintained my appointments with the psychologist and have been in full remission for a year. I still see the psychologist but only checking in about once a month. I probably don’t need to do that but I like her and want to update her on what’s happening with me. All the positive things, thanks to her help. I didn’t think it was possible to get “better”. To heal. It is possible. I still take the meds and may always take them. I have some anxiety about relapsing and the meds help prevent that and give me peace of mind. I’m doing well now and started a small business!
