What you’re saying can be true. However, the consequences of disobeying could result in financial burden, loss of career, and imprisonment. Most JAG attorneys wouldn’t touch this within 100 feet. They punish people for reporting SA and take their careers. As a veteran and active duty spouse. There are consequences for doing so..

Thank you! I am alarmed by the number of upper echelon commanders, generals, etc. have been fired who would have served as a barrier between illegal orders being issued to them and they pass it down to the troops.

If you're not a military expert, military members should not listen to you. Point blank. People tend to forget that there has to be a clear violation of the law in order to "disobey orders." The law is not in violation because something occurs that you dislike/you are given orders you dislike/the orders "walk on that fine line of a war crime". Telling service members to disobey orders over unfounded law violations can get you into serious legal trouble.
