I was told this by my surgeon. I had a cycling accident breaking both bones in my left forearm. 2 titanium plates, 12 screws, 50 inter-muscular stitches & 30 staples + a half cast. Full mobility, lestened grip strength, mild pain even 25 years later. Surgeon also said 20 years earlier they might have amputated.

Every permanent harm to my body was due to surgery. NONE of them would have been necessary had I not had systemic inflammation. Now I’m down one kidney, nose doesn’t drain and elbow can never straighten again. Because I was not aware that plants destroy and meat heals.
