I wonder if it is possible to have both? I have adhd inattentive type, and hearing about the symptoms for CDS has me thinking I may have it too? I’d honestly think I was misdiagnosed with adhd if I didn’t struggle so much getting things done. I always have to force myself to do things and even then that doesn’t work 🫤. I wonder if CDS also comes with the inability to start/finish tasks and time blindness?

I was diagnosed with this in my adhd diagnosis at 20. It was the fourth category (after inattentive symptoms, hyperactive, and impulsive). I was in the 99th percentile 😅
