Ooooooooh Rah Sir. Every marine I have met who has done I-I staff hates it and I’m there now and I hate it. There is no reason for I-I staff work twice as hard to stay afloat and it’s not considered a SDA. I have LCpls as an Armory Chief and the Marine makes the same as a LCpl in the feels with little to no responsibilities. The only thing this is doing is hurting the marines families as well as the marines mental health. I-I staff needs your help sir and it’s a problem that needs to be addressed.
