it is bullshit. I've been taking this supplement for the past year, paying $60 every 2 months, and it's not a very noteworthy change. It does make me feel like I'm sped up a little, like Adderall, but it's nothing superhuman like they're trying to claim. I can get thru a chore a little faster but that's about it. I'm planning to continue taking it for the next year, testing to see if longer term will create other effects.
