Airports are unique in the fact that they are public buildings, but do have restrictions when it comes to the first amendment rights. However, what these people here are doing are well within their rights to do. They are not interfering with the airport's ability to conduct business or causing security issues because they are outside on the sidewalk. they would only be in violation if they walked into the airport and got in the way.
