I bought one of their motor sticks recently because I really liked the smudge color on the one side of it and I got absolutely zero pay off on it no matter how many times I rubbed it or tapped it or whatever and finally just returned it. And I’m not willing to keep buying them until I get a good one so I’m just gonna go without.

I lovd this brand so much but I had the issue with next caller also. It’s weird because some of the other ones are so much better quality. I think this is an Ulta issue.

I’ve had that issue with the mini glitter ones (as have many people according to the reviews), but if I swirl it around (don’t pump, just introduces more air) I can usually get some product, and surprisingly it doesn’t swatch as dried out. But agreed, something isn’t working right!
