So far this applies to Gem Pack vol 1, 2, and 3. Gem Pack 4 (Ponyta boxes) have a more straight seal on the shrink wrap.

it’s actually pretty normal and common for the wrapping to be loose and easily moved if from factory production, they’re never perfect. always curved when sealed, except the ponyta ones. but the loose plastic isn’t a huge deal, i’ve gotten plenty of boxes from official sources with loose plastic wrap. 😁
