Aveeno Dermexa works great for me. I also lather it on and then put on the cotton gloves. I also follow elimination diet, certain foods triggers it for me.

I figured out that my hair products (Nexus) were the cause of the flair up for me. That and Dawn dish soap. I stopped using them and after 4 years of continuous flairing it finally went away

Water I have found when I am dehydrated and in the sun a lot. Also medication I feel like my kidneys are saying too much. Lack of water kind of same thing kidneys need water
