Hermes agent is very nice. I had it build a color bot for OSRS and the game was clicking itself in an hour. If this was 20 years ago id be a millionaire by now 😅

Surprise openclaw was coded for opus 4.6 that’s the secret no one wrote. And now everyone sees how it’s not working. I started openclaw from the beginning with local LLM qeen3.5 noticed its bad for other LLM other then opus and quit for good after I think used opus to start fixing openclaw to make it work. The gateway crashing was the sole reason why I stopped using it. and here's the kicker I used to have to always use codex to fix it. it was the oddest shit ever My open claw would crash but my codex would fix it and I just got tired of it. and now I'm using Hermes agent I like Hermes it's very stable

I disagree man! We run it off Sonnet with an option to upgrade to Opus when needed. In many use cases we use a multi model approach. Regarding the gateway, you need to hard code it in where it restarts and connects automatically. Regarding the memory, check our Speedrun Website, it has free research regarding open claw memory, feed it to your Openclaw and it will fix its memory itself. DM me if you have any other issues, don’t get stuck to Claude or any one company please 🙏

Haters will say it’s a skill issue but I’ve experience similar failures. I think with all the tools out there now just build whatever you want and need for yourself. Build your own agent or agent platform. That’s what I did. OpenClaw helped open my eyes and gave me ideas. I use my own tool now, barely use OC

Its trash… i stopped using it a month ago. Its so buggy, it just drops and hangs, the UI/UX is shit, if it cant do something it just drops it, like wtf… lmao… half the time cant even tell if my messages got delivered or not. The list goes on and on. Ultimately, you spend more time trying to GET IT to do a task and debugging the damn thing(wasting tokens). Not worth it

TBH I don't have any of the issues you mentioned. 😳. All sound like core agent file config issues, corrupt install and not enabling embeddings for mem.
