@ronclark__: After college I moved to London, England. I had no money and was living off of cucumber sandwiches until I was hired at the Texas Embassy Cantina, a restaurant just off of Trafalgar Square in the center of London. It’s not customary to tip 20% of the meal in England, so I struggled to make enough money to afford to live. So…I decided to do something unexpected, and luckily it worked. Now, at RCA, we try to do the unexpected all the time. We push ourselves to come up with new methods and strategies for teaching students, and then we share those ideas with other educators.
