I'll be at a stop sign or red light at a complete stop, and when I hit the gas to go it sits like it's in neutral before suddenly going with a heavy jerking motion. It's much much much worse right after getting gas. I'm guessing it might be a pcv valve, but maybe also sensors?

Sometimes my the guages on my cluster panel wont read and when they dont my truck wont crank but when they do read (like battery, fuel) my truck will crank...I'm floored with what could be wrong. I have changed the throttle position sensor, crankshaft sensor and cleaned the idle air control valve. Any thoughts?
