@opp.tokk: A North Carolina man is making headlines after posting a video showing what he believes is the abuse of his elderly neighbor. In the footage, the older man is seen disoriented, outside in the cold, wearing only a bright orange t-shirt and a heavily soiled adult diaper. While helping the man home, Pigford came into contact with his presumed caretaker, who ordered him to return down the street and walk back “because he needed to learn.” This led to their interaction quickly escalating. “You’re just using him for a check,” he yelled, before telling the woman he was calling the police on her. Following their altercation, he posted a video stating his main concern is the man’s safety. “At the end of the day, I want him to be safe and live his last days in glory.” Pigford claimed this wasn’t the first time he noticed something off. He even alleged that another neighbor told him they once saw the elderly man being washed off with a water hose in the backyard.
