this is something that lesbians don't seem to understand considering the hate I've gotten for saying basically the same shit! Im bi and haven't dated women because 1. I don't know any women who like women who don't hate bi women because they're insecure about me liking men also. 2. I've never been accepted into the gay community so how can I meet a woman to date when I'm only ever getting hate from that community. 3. I'm still bisexual even when I'm with a man, being afraid of rejection and being afraid of how horrible the world still treats bi and gay people is a valid reason to stick with men doesn't make me any less bisexual, just makes me scared. apparently only gays and lesbians are allowed to feel scared, the rest of us are just faking it or lying or curious to them. I've been called confused so often that I won't date a woman cuz I don't want her to think I'm using her for my own selfish reasons if we break up and I get with a man again. so why bother dating a woman just to be hated on either way....

When I met my now husband and I told him I was queer, he always accepted me and advocated for me and has never made me feel like I wasn’t just as queer just because I was with him. He doesn’t try to erase that about me.
