If you put the rubber on so thick, it makes, little pockets, witch later peels of easy, even in hailstorms. There is n reason why paint manufacturers gives you a film thicness gidelines, dont mislead poeple with wrong aplications, that rubber is laying on top of tile, instead of being partially absorbed into the tile.

You should never seal the tiles and riding. ridging should only be seal by the joints. how do you remove the tiles to fit the geyser replace the inside roof plastic cover. the breeding air for cealing after time it peal of.
