@adhdvision: You’re not imagining it. There’s a real reason. Here’s what’s actually happening 👇 ADHD brains don’t run on pressure… they run on play. Video game music works because it tricks your brain into feeling like you’re inside a mission — not stuck in a task. So your brain switches from “I have to do this” → to “I’m on a mission. I want to do this” And that changes everything. Because once life feels like a game… it’s like your brain unblocks. Your ADHD brain needs freedom to unlock focus and motivation. Games remind you of that. They give you: • Clear goals • Instant feedback • A sense of progress • Permission to follow dopamine In real life, you’re told to force things. In games, you’re pulled forward. And ADHD brains follow what pulls. For a moment, there’s no guilt. No shame. No “I should be doing something else.” Just flow. That’s why so many of us were addicted to games. Mine was RuneScape. It wasn’t laziness. It was the only place your brain felt aligned. Same brain. Different rules. So instead of fighting your brain… Start designing your life like a game (and listen to some game soundtracks)
I love the information but now where is the playlist?

Morgan :
Listening to any Legend of Zelda music gets me feeling like I am on a mission, but Legend of Zelda: Suite by the London Philharmonic Orchestra is absolutely amazing. ❤️

Gwynvyd :
Is not the music for me but the rush of dopamine I het finishing take and goals ingame. Some games are better at it than others. Once the threshold is achieved I'm ready to face the world and be a grown-up again finishing the tasks in real life.
