As a daycare teacher I always check on my kids that are not there by a certain time just to make sure everyone is okay!

people say this is no accident and this doesnt just happen but the grandmothers mother just got in a car accident and she was running on 2 hours of sleep and if anything i think it shows how sleep deprivation can be as bad as alcohol or drugs. i really feel for them. thankfully this has never happened to me but ive been on situations where sleep deprivation had completely altered my life in a single day and i can't imagine losing a baby to it. this is so awful. it's not my place to judge only to hope that this story can at least make others more aware and prevent more accidents like this in the future.

about nurse getting arrested - its not hospital policy. it is the law - HIPAA law. the nurse was right - the hospital is a covered entity and had every right to withold protected health information without a warrant, or patient consent.

what's with the unrelated video at the end? there's no captions and it's difficult to hear and doesn't seem connected to the toddler video which leads me to believe the poster is trying to get as much view time from us as possible, a deceptive action if so.
