The woman should be held to the full extent of the law. Elderly people who are living in these facilities should be cared for and protected. Thank you for resting the woman. Hopefully, this sets an example to others who mistreat the elderly. Everyone, one day will be in assisted living and would hpe to be treated with love.

I wish someone would have helped my Mother, when she was neglected in a rehab. Lawyers refused to help. She passed, due to neglect. 2013..my family that had power of attorney could have..This is unacceptable. in Florida. only went in for a fractured ankle. Had her own home. short staffed, I had to call 911.

Absolutely! Family members put them in there care and families expect the best care possible. Treat them like they are your parents. My aunt back in 1996 had a stroke and my aunt couldn't walk cause her left side and put in a nursing home for rehab well she had to use the bathroom and no one would help her so she fell and broke her ankle.
