We have a Murphy door and it sags so bad and rubs at the bottom and after having our builders team out 4 times to fix it, we’ve given up. Now we have a Murphy door for decoration bc the locking pin won’t set. (Also got sent the incorrect one without the key book which is the only thing I asked for from it).
