Underwire from 6 months a normal soft bra from 6 weeks I can’t lie your bra isn’t compressing it’s too loose so you would be fine to swap to a non wired now x

Had mine done in UK was told 6weeks. But still wore the compression bra for bed for about 12 weeks 😁

You can wear sports bra earlier x depending on what you’ve had done but I had implants only and was advised to switch to sports bras after 2 weeks and underwired bras after 3 months xx

Get some nice ones from Asda and M&S xxxx Iv had mine done 4 years now and in the gym I wear a sports brar or post op still for support and I find a normal brar really uncomfortable xx

Your compression bra looks too loose , macom bras are the best and have adjustable straps to tighten it which it should be tight x

Do not go to MYA if you have health conditions! I paid for a reduction outright! Surgeon was happy but anaesthetist wasn’t so it didn’t go ahead and had to wait 90 working days for a refund!
