It works with thin tartelette dough, but especially with filo or brick pastry. Both tools can be used from cold applications to the oven, frying pan, or even a deep fryer. Or, just as @Jules_Cooking did, wrap chlorophyll coloured filo dough around the Taco Shaper to bake a rectangular base.
