@nickkazfit: (👇recipe) Low Cal, High Protein Chocolate Chunk Banana Bread 👉Click link in bio to finally get lean without restrictions 😡Are you FOLLOWING @nickkazfit ✳️ Macros (makes 6 big, thick slices): 177 Cals, 20.75g Net Carbs, 4.5g Fat, 15.5g Protein ✳️ Ingredients for Wet Ingredients: 350g (3 Large Bananas) - overripe preferred, Mashed 170g (3/4 Cup) Plain or Vanilla Nonfat Greek Yogurt 1 Medium Egg 120mL (1/2 Cup) Cashew or Almond Milk ✳️ Ingredients for Dry Ingredients: 60g (1/2 Cup) Oat Flour 60g (1/2 Cup) All Purpose Flour 96g (1/2 Cup) Granular Sugar Substitute (I used Swerve) 2 Scoops Vanilla or Chocolate Whey/Casein Protein Powder 3g (3/4 tsp) Baking Soda 2g (1/2 tsp) Baking Powder 1g (1/2 tsp) Salt *whey/casein blend is important for texture. If not using do 3 scoops whey ✳️ Ingredients for Mix-ins: 60g (1/4 Cup) Chocolate Chunks - extra is optional if you want ✳️ Ingredients for Topping (*optional*): Chocolate Chunks to Taste 👉 Everything that is optional is NOT included in da macros ✳️ Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Grab mixing bowl. Add ingredients for wet ingredients. Mix thoroughly. 3. Grab another mixing bowl. Add ingredients for dry ingredients. 4. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Mix but don’t over beat it. 5. Add ingredients for mix-ins. Mix. Add mix-ins to batter. Gently fold them in. 6. Add mixture to loaf tin with parchment paper or cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 mins to 1 hour (take out right when it passes toothpick test). 7. Let it rest for 15 minutes. Add ingredients for topping (*optional*). 8. Store in fridge until topping hardens. Slice into 6 slices. Store in fridge. Then enjoy!
