The façade successfully creates a welcoming hospitality atmosphere by combining vertical wall cladding, curtain wall glazing, perforated feature panels, and integrated wall spot lighting that enhance the building’s visual appeal during the evening. Located in Owerri, this medium-scale hospitality development sits on a 1,200m² site with a building footprint of approximately 450m². The structure rises to two storeys and accommodates 21 guest rooms alongside other supporting functional spaces including a reception area, restaurant, lounge spaces, and parking facilities. The spatial planning was carefully developed to ensure efficient circulation, comfort, and quality living for guests. Large openings and balcony spaces improve natural lighting and ventilation while also strengthening the modern aesthetic of the building. The landscape treatment and organized parking layout further contribute to the overall guest experience by creating a calm, elegant, and accessible environment. Architecturally, the project balances functionality with visual sophistication, reflecting a modern hospitality concept tailored to urban accommodation standards. #fyp #developer #architecture #building #archicad
