My autism wants all my AM/PM meds counted out into lovely little organizers for the week/month, but my ADHD has no patience for that 😆 also, my ADHD doesnt wanna open half a dozen bottles and take the pills out one at a time... So now i keep all the AMs in one bottle, and all the PMs in another 😳 when the meds alarm goes off, i tip out a bunch of pills on the bed, grab what i need and scoop the leftovers back into the bottle 😂

For sleep, reading the terms and conditions for something I've got nothing to do with. My brain will literally shut itself down to save itself from slogging through the legal fine print on an auto loan i don't have.

I’m realizing a lot of my ‘hacks’ were just ways I learned to survive… setting things up so I don’t rely on willpower.
Like using a basket for things that don’t belong so I don’t leave the room mid-clean.

if I know i have a job to do later or a reason I have to leave the house later i stay wearing my runners (even though normally I change into slippers as soon as I get home) when I look down later and see them I'll remember i have to go do something!

my main light in my bedroom is a smartwifi one, i would set it to turn off automatically at 12 am and turn on at 6am, turn off at 9am (for when im out the house) and turn on at 4.30 pm when i get home. I also set it to turn on w my alarm if i have a flight to catch. Helps w visual cues cuz of time blindness :3 and sometimes, an alarm is just not enough.
