Once at hibachi I ordered my steak rare. It was cooked medium. When the chef in front of me saw my face he just offered to remake it. He must not have looked at the ticket before he cooked my order. I was so grateful he fixed it so I never had to say anything.

I went to a chain buffet restaurant, that's now closed (my first mistake), and ordered a steak well done (I was a kid, cut me some slack 😂), it came out red the whole way through and had a pool of juice on top. I sent it back twice until they got it to my liking 😬
