The second I got a nasty nosebleed in 1st tri I got my humidifier out every single night! Plus Aquaphor up my nose if it’s dry/hurts. Haven’t had a nosebleed since!

I just picked up neilmed aloe nasal spray for my bloody noses!!! I literally went to the ent bc I was convinced it wasn’t a normal pregnancy symptom.
