@kimdannyc: Deep dive into my full morning routine(see more) 8:00 My day starts around 7:30–8:00. Starting The Morning Reset 21 challenge has definitely shaped how I approach my mornings. 8:00–8:30 I take a quick shower to fully wake myself up and go through my morning skincare routine. I like to keep it simple: toner, lotion, and sunscreen. Lately, I’ve been using products from @KOPHER for a fresh start, and to finish off, I use my favorite sunscreen from @SKIN1004 US 8:30–9:00 To keep my space clean throughout the week, I do a short cleaning session every morning. My new vacuum from @Shark Home makes this much easier thanks to its automatic emptying system. I just have to vacuum the floor. Then I get ready for the gym. I either stay fasted or eat two eggs before my workout, depending on how soon I start my workout. This day, I had to walk 20 minutes to get to the gym so it gave me plenty of time to digest the eggs before training. Gym fits from @HDEX 에이치덱스 never miss. 9:00–12:00 I went to a gym at a newly built community center near my neighborhood. The view was amazing but that wasn’t even the best part. A day pass was only 3,500won($2), when it’s normally 5,000won. The view, the price, and the equipment made the whole experience totally worth it.
