My only problem is saying it’s “$39.99 per person plus a 12% service charge” - Unless there’s literally any way to order without the service charge (I’d be surprised if they have to-go options) then it’s $39.99 + $4.80 = $44.79 per person. Saying it’s cheaper than that is literally dishonest 😭

So far it has been my worst Asian restaurant experience in Columbus by far, the wait staff completely ignored us when I was trying to order alcohol because they said my waitress would take my alcohol order when they were asking for drinks so I spent nearly an hour without a drink outside of water, and unable to ask for Hot pot because they wouldn't even make eye contact with our table of two people.

Large selection but everything tastes the same. Service doesnt exist. Food was below par. Def rather keep going to Hokkaido.

I went and enjoyed it, some different dishes you won’t see at other places. The free milk tea and juices was nice too. But with it being new, the servers were very overwhelmed and inattentive. Do not expect a refill, and you’ll have to keep reminding them for the hotpot. The patrons were rude, no one pays attention to their surroundings and just barrels through. Maybe it’ll be better when the hype dies down!

went in for lunch. said the lunch price was $29.99. got the bill and they charged me $39.99 per person plus the service charge. bill was over $100 for 2 adults and a kid. all the food was mid. the ramen bar was cool but the ramen was horrible. wont be back

I’ve been to every buffet in cbus and this one has the worst service :( I never got my hot pot and had to hunt down our server for water
