I’ll never forget the year my body finally started screaming at me and I couldn’t avoid listening to it. Acne that wouldn’t quit. Weight that wouldn’t budge no matter how little I ate or how hard I trained. Injuries that kept piling up. A depression that felt like fog I couldn’t see through. Relationships and circles that didn’t call me higher. I was doing everything “right” and still felt like I was falling apart. Maybe you know that feeling. The one where you’re exhausted from trying and still waking up disappointed. Where you look in the mirror and feel like a stranger. Where you’re doing all the things but your body, your mind, your mood keep telling you something is off. That was me. It took one full year of that before I started wondering if it had anything to do with what was on my plate. Not in a restrictive, overhaul-everything way. But in a quiet, what-if-God-already-gave-me-the-answer kind of way. So I went to Scripture. And what I found changed everything. Not a diet. Not a detox. A framework rooted in what God actually designed food to do for the body He gave you. And when I started eating in alignment with that, the acne calmed. The weight released. The fog lifted. The injuries healed. The relationships shifted. My body stopped feeling like something to fight and started feeling like something to steward. If any part of my story sounds like yours, you don’t have to keep guessing. Comment FOOD and I’ll send you my Biblical Eating Guide, exactly what I eat, why I eat it, and the Scripture behind every choice.
