Recipe ↓ ■ INGREDIENTS: • wrap (large tortilla) - 1 • butter - 1 tsp • eggs - 2 • milk - 1-2 tbsp (optional) • tomato - 1 small, sliced • shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella) - a handful • fresh parsley - 1 tbsp, chopped • salt & black pepper - to taste ■ HOW TO COOK: 1. Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Add tomato slices and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until slightly softened and lightly golden. Season with salt and sprinkle parsley. 2. In a bowl, whisk eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper (add a splash of milk if using). 3. Pour the egg mixture directly over the tomatoes in the pan. Let it cook for about 1-2 minutes until slightly set. 4. Place the tortilla directly on top. Cover with a lid and cook for 2-3 minutes so everything binds together. 5. Flip the whole thing using a plate so the tortilla is now on the bottom. 6. Add shredded cheese to one half. Fold into a half-moon shape. 7.
