People in the comments are tripping the creator of tlou is from Israel and literally said that part 2 is inspired by his upbringing there

This actually makes a lot of sense. The seraphites are actually very reasonable, it’s just that when you get to Seattle the conflict has reached its boiling point. They had their own island that was such a small part of Seattle and yet the WLF wanted to eradicate it. We don’t know a lot about their truce that they had but the show depicts them as nomads who dont look for trouble and in the game they live off of the land peacefully. Isaac is really the only one out for blood.
