That person's video was the opposite. they were explaining that diet Coke is actually safe to drink and that you have to drink a staggering amount to even see a small issue with the aspartame in it.

The amount of people who didn't actually comprehend exactly how "dangerous" aspartame IS NOT is crazy to me. It literally shows how many cans PER DAY you'd need to consume in order for it to be bad. 🤦♀️We're so doomed!!

Yeah Diet Coke is definitely nasty. Any of the diet stuff is nasty not only because it tastes horrible, and I've never found any diet flavored soda that actually doesn't taste gross, but also it has to do with the whole idea that it is artificial and chemical and most definitely not good for you that also makes me stay away from it.
