Bro ur arguing in weird things forgetting alone that your evedince is weak and doesnt make sense what god says is what goe says what it matters to you weather in quran or not what is in quran is clear its what god said as a part of the quran and what he said in hadith is not quran . And btw the ayahs you are reffering to was talking about hadeeth , in arabic hadeeth doesnt always refer to the word of prophet or the meaning that is common it means speak , so hadeeth = speak , but what it is commonly used for that is a different matter
