I think this might be one where you need to use an extractor to get the worst out. I have a set I got off Amazon.

From one Danielle to another, put some pure aloe on it. And if that doesn’t get the ball rolling, rub your finger in a circle around the pimple, not on it. To stimulate it and make it push it all to one central spot. It usually works pretty good.

I had one in that spot and it got infected and I had to go on IV antibiotics. Please be careful.
