DO NOT USE PIXIE DISCS OR THE CUPS IF YOU HAVE AN IUD. The suction can pull out your iud. Use pantry liners pads and tampons sometimes but don't always use them, they can also feel not great if left in for two long. I have a Mirena, PLEASE HEED MY WARNINGS 💯😭

I typically go thru two ultra tampons and a pad (all at the same time) every coupla hours. I bleed heavy. But, I want to stop using tampons. I also wear the period underwear in case of a mess to save my pants or pj’s. Could this item be used by myself with any success, ya think?
