I'm confused doesn't all mascara coat around the lashes? I feel like it wouldn't have the same longevity and hold all day if it can come off with water?

You saved me by showing me tubing mascara! I have horrendous hayfever so my eyes are always irritated and watery and these types of mascara are a game changer! And the lack of needing to run to remove is amazing
