@leokatieocd: 💭 Label the thought: Take whatever thought's been making you anxious and simply put the words "I'm having the thought that" before it. So, for example, instead of "we might not be right for each other" it would be... "I'm having the thought that we might not be right for each other" It puts some distance between your thoughts and reality, which is a great first step when you're trying to stop ruminating and get your focus back on the present. #ocd #relationshipanxiety #rocd #relationshipocd #ocdawareness
