I was really scared to jump to 2 because of this! I felt like my freedom would be over!! And now that I have 2, I can say it overall kinda feels the same. But my husband and I traveled Europe with one and recently went to France with 2. It all worked out fine!! My second is such a ball of sunshine. I can’t imagine life without her!! She is perfect!

Yes this was me I was SO content and it made me hesitant to have more. Now that I have 2 the contentness is x2 and so I fear I need 3. MOTHERHOOD ONLY GETS BETTER don’t listen to the negativity 🤸🏼♀️

I was so besotted with my first child that we started talking about trying on her first birthday then we ended up having our second baby the day before she turned two! I remember thinking, and being told that the two year age gap was so great but now that I look back, she was still just a baby! My second child is 3 1/2 and he still feels so young to me I think in hindsight having them quite close together made it feel quite stressful, especially because our second baby was so unwell. If I had my time again and I could guarantee that I would get the same child, I think I would’ve waited until my daughter was at least turning three maybe four. I had a few moments of grieving just the one on one time with her and then also had the guilts for it 😂 There’s no perfect time but there’s also no rush. Each to their own though!

I absolutely wasn't ready to have another kid and truly thought there was no way I could survive another baby.. but now that I have the second, I'm currently pregnant with a 3rd 😂 There's nothing like the gift of siblings.

yes, but once they get older i feel like it’s way harder to have one because they have nobody to play with but you! of course play dates etc, but that’s not all day every day
