#applecrumble 👉 Necesitas (2 ramekines):
🥄 1 manzana picada
🥄 Canela al gusto
🥄 Endulzante al gusto
🥄 1/3 taza de agua 👉 Preparación de la manzana:
1️⃣ Pela y pica la manzana.
2️⃣ Ponla en una olla con canela, endulzante y agua.
3️⃣ Cocina a fuego medio hasta que la manzana esté blanda. 👉 Para el crumble:
🥄 Puñado de frutos secos picados
🥄 3 cdas de harina de avena
🥄 Endulzante al gusto
🥄 2 cdas de mantequilla de maní 1️⃣ Mezcla bien todos los ingredientes hasta formar una textura de migas.
2️⃣ En los ramekines, coloca primero la manzana cocida y luego cubre con la miga.
3️⃣ Cocina en la airfryer a 180°C por 12 minutos. 😍 💡 Tip: Sirve tibio para disfrutar del contraste de la manzana jugosa y el crumble crujiente. ¡Un postre saludable que encanta a todos!
